Events
The following events do not count as a booking or towards the maximum allowable rounds (not more than 12 times in any calendar year, not more than two times in any one month): Jock McKinnon, Opening and Closing Day, Member/Guest, Victoria and Seattle interclubs, Club Championship, Presidents Putter, and mixed event tournaments, if space is available with priority to playing categories.

Fully-paid Socials (paying regular Social dues) may play twice per month in June, July, and August, and four times per month from September through May.

Shareholder Social Standby (Entrance fee paid in full and standby dues paid)

May book four tee times per month (as per Shareholder Social Playing privileges) and are extended standby privileges allowing them walk-on privileges whenever there is an opening on the tee. This booking can be made 24 hours in advance of the tee time by calling the Golf Shop.

Events
The following events do not count as a booking: Jock McKinnon, Opening and Closing Day, Member/Guest, Victoria and Seattle interclubs, Club Championship, President's Putter, and mixed event tournaments, if space is available. Shareholder Social Standby members may participate in Flight Championship, Greensome, Captain’s Cup, Graham Trophy, Eckman Bowl, and Senior Club Championship.

The Standby Program will be subject to review at any time by the board of directors.

May play in the Women's Opening and Closing Day, Golf with the Pros, Hole-in-One Party, Women's Member/Guest, and one other event to be announced, as well as in the mixed event tournaments, where space is available. These events do not count toward the maximum allowable and twice-per-month rules.

We regret that due to limited Tuesdays and a heavy schedule, "rain checks" cannot be guaranteed for those events cancelled due to inclement weather. With the exception of Opening Day, established handicaps will be required.

NOTE: An exception to the above rules is made for those Social members whose entrance fee is fully paid. These members are allowed two tee times per month during June, July, and August and four tee times per month from September to May inclusive.

Women Social Standby

May book four tee times per month (as per Women's Social playing privileges) and are extended standby privileges allowing them walk-on privileges whenever there is an opening on the tee (within the women's playing privileges). This booking can be made 24 hours in advance of the tee time by calling the Golf Shop.

The Standby Program will be subject to review at any time by the board of directors.
 

Six to 11-year-old children and grandchildren of members can join the club as Junior members and have playing privileges after completing a one-day instructional course with the professionals. This category of Junior members can only play at designated Junior times and must be accompanied by an adult on the course and at other club facilities at all times.

Juniors age six to nine may access the course after 4:00 p.m. except for Wednesday men's night.

Tuesday: After 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday: Use of club facilities (golf course, Golf Shop and clubhouse) is not permitted on Wednesdays but Juniors may use the practice facility after 5:00 p.m.

Thursday and Friday: Before 10:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m.

Saturday: After 2:00 p.m.

Sunday and holidays: After 3:00 p.m. and after 2:00 p.m. if accompanied by an adult member

Juniors 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the club.

Junior members may, in addition to their tournaments, compete in the championship flight and consolation flight of the club championships.

Juniors members may use the Grill from Thursday to Tuesday, but may not use the women's lounge, men's card room, men's locker room or 19th hole.
 

May not play more than twelve times in any calendar year on payment of the prescribed green fee.

No golf except as a guest of a member once per month on the prescribed green fee.
